Acuity Solutions in Richmond Hill shuts its doors
RICHMOND HILL—Acuity Solutions Group in Richmond Hill has locked its doors, putting at least 40 employees out of a job.
A spokesperson at receiver Grant Thornton Ltd. confirmed the closure, noting the courts issued a bankruptcy order June 10. There are no solid plans to report for the future of plant as the situation is currently being assessed, said the spokesperson, who noted the company employed 40-45 people.
According to the company's website, aside from printing it provided a number of services including digital photography, digital asset management and marketing promotions.
