Worldcolor to print estimated 800 million books with Macmillan
MONTREAL—Worldcolor has signed one of the largest book printing deals in North America, a multi-year agreement with Macmillan’s New York based U.S. operations. The contract involves the printing, over the term, of approximately 800 million major trade best sellers, textbooks and mass market books based on current projections. Also included in the deal are related warehousing and distribution services.

“The Macmillan name is one of the most distinguished in all of book publishing, which makes us even more proud to be able to renew and extend our valued relationship with this important customer,” said president of Worldcolor’s publishing services group Kevin J. Clarke in a press release. “Macmillan is an industry leader, and its leadership commitment helps us keep our book printing and related services at the forefront of our industry.”
