Rhino Print Solutions expands, adds Kodak Nexpress
CALGARY—Rhino Print Solutions has moved into a brand-new Calgary facility, owner David Allan told PrintCan today.

Rhino, which also has operations in Richmond, B.C., expanded its plant from 6,000 sq. ft. to just under 13,000 sq. ft. Several weeks ago, the shop also installed a Kodak Nexpress M700, and recently hired several new account reps to serve its growing presence in Seattle.

Allan says that since acquiring Ideal Printing and installing a Heidelberg Speedmaster in 2007, the shop “outgrew” its former space, making the expansion necessary. The Richmond plant is Rhino’s 40” facility, says Allan, while the Calgary facility houses its smaller offset and digital presses.

Rhino caters to the advertising and marketing industries in Alberta, B.C., and the Western U.S. It was founded in 2001, and employs 80.
