Millenium and Aprinco binderies merge
SCARBOROUGH, ON—Millenium Bindery Services Inc. has purchased Aprinco & Company, a trade bindery based in Markham, Ont., for an undisclosed amount in a deal that took effect Feb. 1. Operations at the 12,000 sq. ft. Aprinco facility will continue, with former owner Ben Chung staying on to serve as operating manager.

Millenium is a full service bindery that handles cutting, folding, stitching, dye cutting and mailing, operating out of a 34,000 sq. ft. facility in Scarborough, Ont., with 22 full-time employees and 15 part-timers.  David Johda is president of the company, which was founded in 2000.
